We independently source wines from some of the top producers from across the globe (single estates through to exceptional co-operatives), creating a portfolio in which the traditional sit comfortably alongside the more esoteric wine styles. Paul Boutinot Agencies are specialists in French wines, Meridian Wines focus on Spain, Italy, Portugal and Austria and Capricorn Wines look after the New World.

Paul Boutinot's strong wine values and uncompromising winemaking philosophy drives our own production business from the vineyard to the winery. Long standing relationships with growers in the Rhone and South Africa, and meticulous sourcing of only top quality grapes enables us to make the best wines we can. Minimal intervention in the winery produces wines with purity, expression and finesse – wines that achieve our stylistic ideals.
