Our very own production base in France, Boutinot was established in 1990 to give us a permanent presence on the ground in the country from which we still source the majority of our wine and give us ultimate stylistic control. Originally employing only one person, the operation now employs five personnel, including two winemakers, and is located in bespoke premises in Saint Verand, near Macon in southern Burgundy.

Maintaining close contact with both the growers and our UK office, Boutinot France creates all our own label French wines. It also organises the importation and bottling of a number of our own label wines from other countries and the export of our own label wines to the rest of Europe and the USA.

Bottlings controlled by Boutinot France currently run at a rate of in excess of 16 million bottles per year.
