| A beautiful, shining gold wine with hints of caramel, honey and exotic fruits on the nose. The palate is luscious and honeyed with notes of apricot and spice and lively acidity. Amazing, lingering finish. Fabulous ageing potential. Will continue to evolve for another 15-20 years. |

| The Sepp Moser Estate was founded by the famous Austrian wine producing pioneer, Lenz Moser. Lenz Moser's son, Sepp Moser, began operating under his own name in 1987 and handed over the direction of this family-owned estate to his own son Nikolaus in the year 2000. The Sepp Moser Estate comprises of 50 acres of vineyards in two prominent wine regions; Kremstal (22 ha) and Neusiedlersee (28 ha). In the Kremstal, Nikolaus produces an international range of varieties as well as the ever more important local varieties of Gruner Veltliner and Riesling. The reds are produced on the gravelly soils of the warm southern Neusiederslee village of Apetlon. |
| Sepp Moser's Chardonnay Trockenbeerenauslese is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes cultivated in the Hollabern vineyard in Apleton. The high humidity provided by nearby Lake Neusiedl encourages noble rot and ensures ideal conditions for the production of sweet/dessert wines like this Trockenbeerenauslese. Grapes were hand harvested on 17 and 18 November and the average yield is 1000 kg/ha (600 lt/ha). |
| After crushing the grapes were pressed and remained in contact with skins for 15 hours. The must was fermented and matured in 500 litre French oak casks. The 2004 vintage was harvested end November 2004 and bottled in April 2005. |
